You MUST bring your certificate, either printed or emailed, with you to your skills check session in order to receive your card.
Online courses in which URL's have been issued by Kansas CPR, Inc. are not refundable. Online course registrations will only be held in our system for 60 days from date of registration. After 60 days, the course shall be considered null and void. Re-registration and payment of the full price will be required.
This course requires a skills session completion. If you are uncertain whether you will be able to meet the skills requirements, please reach out to discuss your situation and possible obstacles. Failure to complete the skills requirements means failing the course and a certification card will not be issued. Remediation is possible if the reason(s) for failing the skills can be resolved.
If you have had surgery and are still in the recovery period, we recommend postponing your skills check until you are at your full capacity. While some ADA accommodations can be made, each student must demonstrate the ability to complete compressions, etc., as required. Remember that you can always renew early if you know you may not be physically able to display competency at your normal renewal time.
