⚠️ IMPORTANT: As of March 1, 2026, certificates from 2020 AHA online courses are no longer valid. You must complete the 2025 version of the online course to participate in skills testing.

Mandatory Checklist Before You Book:

• AHA Certificate Required: You must present a valid completion certificate from the official American Heart Association (AHA) online portal. We cannot perform skills checks for other providers (e.g., Red Cross).

• Bring Your Proof: You must have your certificate (printed or digital) in hand to begin your session.

• Physical Readiness: You must demonstrate high-quality compressions and breaths. If you are recovering from surgery or an injury, we recommend postponing until you are at full capacity.

• Uncertain? If you are unsure which course you need, please call or email us before purchasing to avoid registration errors.

Course Policies:

• Certification: A card will only be issued upon successful completion of all physical skills. Remediation is possible if the reason for failing can be resolved.

• Non-Physical Option: If you cannot meet the physical requirements, ask your employer if they accept the "Advisor" version of the course.

• Renewing Early: Remember that you can always renew early if you know you may not be physically able to display competency at your normal renewal time.
