Comprehensive Community & Workplace Training
⚠️ PLEASE READ: This course does not meet the requirements for nursing students or healthcare providers. Nursing and medical students must take the Basic Life Support (BLS) course.
Course Overview:
This is a 100% in-person certification that meets OSHA requirements for First Aid. It covers:

First Aid: General knowledge, medical emergencies, injuries, and environmental emergencies.

CPR & AED: Training for all ages (Adult, Child, and Infant).

Standards: Conforms to the latest HSI, AHA, and ARC Guidelines.

Target Audience: Police, Firefighters (non-EMS), Daycare workers, Personal Trainers, Security, and the General Public.

Course Length: Approximately 4–5 hours.

Certification: Valid for 2 years (delivered electronically via HSI).

Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable.
Physical Requirements & Performance:

Skills Completion: You must successfully demonstrate physical competency to receive a card. Remediation is available if needed.

Readiness: You must be physically able to perform high-quality compressions. If you are recovering from surgery or an injury, we recommend postponing.

Accommodations: While some ADA accommodations can be made, every student must demonstrate the required physical skills (compressions, etc.) to pass.
